Do you have an outlet?
No, we do not have a physical outlet at the moment. Currently, we operate exclusively through our online store.

Are these perfumes authentic?
Yes, our perfumes are authentic products of Divine Scents. We offer inspired impressions of designer fragrances.
Do your perfumes contain alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is an essential ingredient in perfume formulation. Our perfumes contain ethyl alcohol, which is specifically used in fragrance production.
Can Divine Scents perfumes cause skin allergies or rashes?
We have not received any complaints regarding allergies or skin reactions from our customers. However, we recommend performing a patch test before applying the fragrance to ensure compatibility with your skin.
How long does the fragrance last?
The longevity of a perfume varies based on several factors, including the application area, season, and quantity applied. You can find the specific lasting duration of each fragrance in the product description.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through the following channels:

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I sample a fragrance before purchasing?
Every order includes one complimentary tester of your choice, allowing you to try a new scent. We also offer two Tester Sets, providing a selection of fragrances to explore from the comfort of your home.
Do you offer discounts?
Discounts are not available on first orders. However, you will receive a discount code with your first order, which can be used on future purchases.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused beyond 10% of its total quantity and must not be damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping and only deliver within Pakistan.
What are the delivery charges?
- Rs. 200 for standard delivery.
- Free delivery on orders above Rs. 5,500.

When will my order be delivered?
